Covid Protocol: These are to keep everyone safe. All clients MUST be COVID tested 3-5 days before their appointment and must submit negative test results the day before their scheduled appointment. Tattoo artists work with blood-borne pathogens and COVID is a higher risk of transmission. With rising numbers, being in close proximity, not social distancing, and also a way to protect myself and clients from contracting or being a carrier for COVID, these are in effect.
Describe general size, placement, and ideas for the design (can be simple or open for my own interpretation).
Must submit photos:
1. reference images
2. Description of the area of your body + photo with area circled.
3. Photo of the area you'd like tattooed, if I haven't taken photos in-person.
